Understanding the Reverted Cancellations Report

The Reverted Cancellations Report allows you to review membership cancellations that have subsequently been reverted in Clubfit.

The report shows the member and membership involved, when the cancellation was reverted and the reason recorded for reverting the cancellation.

Navigate to:

Reports > General > Reverted Cancellations

Filtering the Report

Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow the results.

Reason

Use the Reason filter to view reverted cancellations associated with a particular reason.

Leave the appropriate default selection if you want to review all relevant reasons.

Date Range

Select the From and To dates for the reverted cancellations you want to review.

Select View Report to apply your filters.

Understanding the Report

The Reverted Cancellations Report displays:

Member
Displays the member's name and member number. Select the member to open their member record.

Membership Type
Displays the membership type associated with the member.

Mobile
Displays the member's recorded mobile number.

Email
Displays the member's recorded email address.

Reverted Date
Displays the date and time the cancellation was reverted.

Reason for Reverting Cancellation
Displays the reason entered when the cancellation was reverted.

Where no reason has been recorded, this may display N/A.

Downloading the Report

Select the Download icon in the top-right corner to export the report information.

Common Uses

The Reverted Cancellations Report can be used to:

• review cancellations that have been reverted
• identify which member and membership were affected
• check when a cancellation was reverted
• review the reason recorded for reverting a cancellation
• identify records where no revert reason was entered
• review reverted cancellations over a selected date range
• download reverted cancellation information for further review
