Understanding the Referrals Report

The Referrals Report allows you to review members who have referred other members or prospects to your club.

The report shows how many members and prospects each member has referred, together with the referring member's contact details.

Navigate to:

Reports > General > Referrals

Filtering the Report

Date Range

Select the From and To dates for the referral activity you want to review.

Select View Report to apply the date range.

Understanding the Report

The Referrals Report displays:

Member who Referred
Displays the name and member number of the member who made the referral. Select the member name to open their member record.

Number of Members Referred
Displays the number of referred people who have become members.

Number of Prospects Referred
Displays the number of prospects associated with referrals from that member.

This allows you to distinguish between referrals that have resulted in a membership and referrals that are currently recorded as prospects.

Mobile
Displays the referring member's mobile number where recorded.

Email
Displays the referring member's email address where recorded.

Downloading the Report

Select the Download icon in the top-right corner to export the report information.

Common Uses

The Referrals Report can be used to:

• identify members who are referring people to your club
• see how many members each person has referred
• see how many prospects each person has referred
• review referral activity over a selected date range
• identify members who are generating multiple referrals
• review referring members' contact details
• assist with referral programs or member rewards
• download referral information for further review
