Understanding the Opt Outs Report

The Opt Outs Report allows you to identify members who have opted out of receiving Email, SMS, or both Email and SMS communications.

This report is useful for reviewing member communication preferences and confirming which communication method a member has opted out of.

Navigate to:

Reports > General > Opt Outs

Filtering the Report

Use the Opt Out Type filter at the top of the report to select the communication preference you want to review.

Available options are:

• Email & SMS – displays members who have opted out of both Email and SMS.
• Email – displays members who have opted out of Email.
• SMS – displays members who have opted out of SMS.

Select View Report to apply the filter.

Understanding the Report

The Opt Outs Report displays:

Name
Displays the member's name. Select the member name to open their member record.

Membership Type
Displays the membership type associated with the member.

Opt Out Type
Displays the communication method the member has opted out of, such as Email, SMS.

Mobile
Displays the member's recorded mobile number where available.

Email
Displays the member's recorded email address where available.

Downloading the Report

Select the Download icon in the top-right corner to export the report information.

Common Uses

The Opt Outs Report can be used to:

• identify members who have opted out of Email communications
• identify members who have opted out of SMS communications
• identify members who have opted out of both Email and SMS
• confirm a member's recorded communication opt-out preference
• review the membership type associated with opted-out members
• review available member contact details
• download opt-out information for further review
