Understanding the MyClub Users Report

The MyClub Users Report allows you to view members who have an app user account associated with their Clubfit member record.

This report includes users of both the free MyClub Fitness app and your club's branded version of the app if applicable.

The report provides membership and contact information together with the member's App Username, making it useful when reviewing or assisting members with app access.

Navigate to:

Reports > General > MyClub Users

Filtering the Report

Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow the results.

Membership Type

Select one or more Membership Types, or leave all required membership types selected.

Status

Select one or more member statuses to include in the report.

Select View Report to apply your filters.

Understanding the Report

The MyClub Users Report displays:

Name
Displays the member's name and member number. Select the member name to open their member record.

Membership Type
Displays the membership type associated with the member.

Status
Displays the member's current membership status.

Membership Start Date
Displays the date the member's membership commenced.

Mobile Number
Displays the member's recorded mobile number.

Email
Displays the email address recorded against the member.

App Username
Displays the username associated with the member's app account.

The App Username will often be the member's email address, depending on how their app account has been created.

Free and Branded Apps

The MyClub Users Report is not limited to members using the free MyClub Fitness app.

It includes members who have registered to use:

• the free MyClub Fitness app
• a branded club app

This allows clubs using either version of the app to review their registered app users from the same report.

Report Results

Where the report contains more records than can be displayed on one page, use the page numbers or Next option at the bottom of the report.

The result count displays the number of app users returned using the selected filters.

Downloading the Report

Select the Download icon in the top-right corner to export the report information.

Contacting Members from the Report

The Email and SMS icons in the top-right corner can be used to communicate with members returned in the report.

Apply the required Department, Membership Type and Status filters first so that the communication is directed to the appropriate members.

• identify members with an app account
• view users of both the free MyClub Fitness app and branded club apps
• check a member's App Username
• assist with app login enquiries
• review app users by membership type
• filter app users by member status
• review member mobile and email information
• download a list of app users
• Email or SMS members returned in the report
