Understanding the Member Group Report

The Member Group Report allows you to view members who have been allocated to a particular Member Group.

The report can be filtered by group, member status, member name and membership type, making it useful for reviewing who belongs to a group or contacting members within a particular group.

Navigate to:

Reports > General > Member Group

Filtering the Report

Use the filters at the top of the report to narrow the results.

Group Type

Select a specific Group Type to view members belonging to that group.

Leave this set to All to display members across all groups.

Status

Use the Status filter to select one or more member statuses.

Available options include:

• Active
• Archived
• Payment Issues
• Suspended
• Inactive

Use Select All if you want to include all available statuses.

Member Name

Enter a Member Name to locate a particular member within the report.

Membership Type

Select a Membership Type to restrict the results to members on that membership type.

Leave this set to All if you do not want to filter by membership type.

Select View Report to apply your filters.

Understanding the Report

The Member Group Report displays:

Group Type
Displays the Member Group the member has been allocated to.

Membership Type
Displays the member's membership type.

Member Number
Displays the member's Clubfit member number.

Name
Displays the member's name. Select the name to open the member record.

Mobile
Displays the member's mobile number where one has been recorded.

Email
Displays the member's email address where one has been recorded.

Downloading the Report

Select the Download icon in the top-right corner to export the report information.

Contacting Members from the Report

The Email and SMS icons in the top-right corner can be used to communicate with members returned in the report.

For example, select a particular Group Type and member status before using Email or SMS to communicate with members belonging to that group.

Common Uses

The Member Group Report can be used to:

• view all members allocated to a particular Member Group
• check which groups individual members belong to
• filter group members by membership status
• filter group members by membership type
• locate a particular member within a group
• review member contact information
• download a list of members within a group
• send Email or SMS communications to members returned in the report
