The Club Performance Report provides a broader view of prospecting performance across the club.
It combines enquiry activity, tours, sales, cancellations, calls, appointments and key conversion ratios in one report.
Managers can use it to review:
- daily club activity
- staff performance
- KPI results
- enquiry and sales volume
- conversion trends
- performance against benchmarks
Navigate to:
Prospects > Reports > Club Performance
The page may display as:

Select the Reporting Month
Use the month dropdown at the top of the report to select the period you want to review.
Click:
View Report
to refresh the results.
Additional buttons may include:

The options available may depend on your organisation structure and permissions.

The Club Performance Report contains several tabs:

Each tab presents the information in a different way.
Club Activity
The Club Activity tab displays daily prospecting results for the selected month.
The report may include:
- Day
- Date
- Total Enquiries
- Tours
- Tours Sold
- POS Referrals
- Actual Cancellations
- Total Call Attempts
- Total Contacts Made
- Contact to Appointment
- Outbound and Inbound Appointments Booked
Total Enquiries
Shows the number of new prospect enquiries recorded on each date.
Tours
Shows the number of prospect tours recorded.
Tours Sold
Shows the number of tours that resulted in a sale.
POS Referrals
Shows the number of Point of Sale referrals recorded.
Actual Cancellations
Shows membership cancellations recorded during the reporting period.
Total Call Attempts
Shows the number of prospect call attempts recorded.
Total Contacts Made
Shows the number of successful prospect contacts.
Contact to Appointment
Shows the number or result of contacts that progressed to a booked appointment.
Appointments Booked
Shows the total number of outbound and inbound appointments created.
The Club Activity tab is useful for identifying which days had the highest or lowest levels of enquiry, appointment and sales activity.
Staff Activity
The Staff Activity tab compares prospecting results by staff member.
The report may include:
- Staff Name
- Tours
- Tours Sold
- POS Referrals
- Actual Cancellations
- Tours/Sold Conversion Percentage
Tours
Shows the number of tours associated with the staff member.
Tours Sold
Shows how many of those tours resulted in a sale.
POS Referrals
Shows the number of POS referrals recorded against the staff member.
Actual Cancellations
Shows cancellations associated with the staff member where applicable.
Tours/Sold Conversion Percentage
Shows the percentage of tours that converted to a sale.
Managers can use this tab to compare staff activity and conversion performance.
KPI
The KPI tab compares actual results with configured targets.
It may also compare the current month with the previous month.
Key Performance Indicators may include:
- Enquiry to Tour
- Tour to Sale
- Call to Contact
- Contact to Booked Appointment
For each KPI, the report may display:
- Actual
- Target
- Trend
Actual
Shows the result achieved during the reporting month.
Target
Shows the KPI target configured for the club.
Trend
Shows how far the result is above or below the target.
A green upward indicator generally shows performance above the target.
A red downward indicator generally shows performance below the target.
Enquiry to Tour
Shows the percentage of enquiries that progressed to a tour.
Tour to Sale
Shows the percentage of tours that resulted in a sale.
Call to Contact
Shows the percentage of call attempts that resulted in successful contact.
Contact to Booked Appointment
Shows the percentage of successful contacts that resulted in an appointment.
The KPI tab helps managers identify where the prospect sales process is performing well and where additional attention may be required.
Volume Performance
The Volume Performance tab compares monthly activity totals.
The report may display:

This tab is useful for comparing the selected month with previous months.

Shows the reporting month.

Shows the state connected to the club.

Retention Activity
May include:
- Cancellations

Appointments Booked
Shows the total number of inbound and outbound appointments.
Benchmark
The Benchmark tab compares the club’s performance with targets and available averages.

- Attempted Calls per month

The benchmark information available may depend on your organisation, reporting configuration and whether comparison data is available.
My Club
Shows the selected club’s actual result.
KPI
Shows the configured club target.
State Average
Shows the available average for clubs within the state.
National Average
Shows the available national average.
Benchmarking can help managers understand whether the club is performing above or below its own target and the available wider averages.
All Clubs
The All Clubs option may allow authorised users to review combined or comparative information across multiple club locations.
This option is most relevant to organisations operating more than one club.
The results available may depend on the user’s access permissions.
Export and Communication Options
Icons may be available at the top-right of the report for actions such as:
- downloading or exporting the report
- emailing the report
- another print or device-related option
The exact actions and file formats depend on Clubfit configuration and staff permissions.
Using the Club Performance Report
Staff can use the report to review:
- enquiry volume
- tours
- calls and successful contacts
- booked appointments
- sales and referrals
- monthly conversion performance
Managers can use it to:
- compare staff performance
- identify low conversion stages
- monitor monthly volume
- compare results with KPI targets
- review club performance against available benchmarks
- identify areas where staff training or process improvements may be required
Maintaining Accurate Results
The Club Performance Report relies on consistent data entry throughout the Prospects module.
For accurate reporting, staff should:
- create prospects against the correct contact method and source
- record tours correctly
- record call attempts and outcomes
- assign the correct salesperson
- create and outcome appointments
- update prospect statuses
- record sales and cancellations
- enter POS referrals
- avoid duplicate prospect records
Important Notes
The available tabs, columns and benchmark comparisons may vary according to:
- the organisation’s structure
- club configuration
- staff permissions
- KPI setup
- available state and national comparison data
A result of zero may mean no activity was recorded, or the relevant activity was not completed or outcomed correctly.
Use the Club Activity and Staff Activity tabs for detailed operational review.
Use the KPI, Volume Performance and Benchmark tabs for higher-level management analysis.
