External Links for In-Club Sign-Up

Below is the process for In Club Sign-Ups on ipads/tablets.

In CHROME, log into Clubfit.

 

On your Club Settings  ADMIN>CLUBS>Configuration  click on the External Links tab.

Scroll down to the In-Club Online Signup urls.  Use version 2. 

Copy and paste into the url line of a new chrome browser session and bookmark it.  It will then always be there for you to open up. 

Once the client transaction has been fully processed (they sign contract and DD agreement electronically at the end of the transaction) you will receive a notification at the top of your menu.  Red is for Members and Yellow is for Prospects.   

 

You can click on this and click through to the member screen.  They will have a status of ''Pending Online Activation'' .  Check the details are all correct and you are happy with the dates and amounts.  At the bottom of the screen is a Green ACTIVATE button.
