Create a Paid Creche Subscription

If members must purchase a prepaid session pack before booking Crèche, create a Crèche subscription.

Navigate to:

Administrator > POS Settings > Subscriptions

Click:

Add Subscription

Complete the required fields.

A Crèche subscription allows a member to purchase access to Crèche bookings.

You can create:

• a prepaid pack containing a set number of Crèche sessions
• a single-session purchase
• an ongoing subscription with unlimited sessions, where applicable

Navigate to:

Administrator > POS Settings > Subscriptions

Click:

Add Subscription

Complete the Subscription Details

Setting	What to Enter
Club	Select the club where the subscription will be available.
Name of Subscription	Enter a clear name, such as Crèche Single Session or 10-Session Crèche Pack.
Active	Leave this enabled for the subscription to be available.
Type of Subscription	Select Crèche Session.
Category	Select a category if your club uses subscription categories.
Upload Photo	Upload an image if you want one displayed for the subscription online.
Is GST Required?	Enable this if GST applies to the subscription.

Set an Expiry Period if Required

Enable Expiry days if the member must use the Crèche sessions within a certain period.

Enter the applicable number of days when the additional field appears.

Leave this disabled if the sessions do not expire.

Choose Whether the Subscription Has Limited or Unlimited Sessions

Use the Unlimited Sessions? toggle to determine how the subscription will work.

Prepaid Session Pack

For a prepaid pack containing a set number of visits:

1. Turn Unlimited Sessions? off.
2. Enter the maximum number of sessions included when the additional field appears.
3. Select the relevant paid-in-full payment option.
4. Enter the total cost of the pack.

For example:

10-Session Crèche Pack — $100

Each time the child attends, one available session is used.

Unlimited Subscription

For an ongoing subscription that allows unlimited Crèche bookings:

1. Turn Unlimited Sessions? on.
2. Select the relevant payment type.
3. Enter the debit cost if the subscription is charged on an ongoing basis.

Use this option only where your club offers unlimited Crèche access.

Restrict the Session Duration if Required

Enable Restrict the session duration at time of booking? if members should only be able to book the session duration selected for the subscription.

Leave this disabled if the restriction is not required.

Select the Payment Type

Use the Payment Type dropdown to choose how the subscription will be charged.

Depending on the subscription you are creating, this may be:

• a prepaid paid-in-full purchase, or
• an ongoing direct-debit subscription.

Enter the applicable cost.

Make the Subscription Available Online

Enable Is Web Purchasable? if members should be able to purchase the subscription electronically through the app or myAccount.

If the subscription is web purchasable, complete the online description fields so the member can clearly understand what they are purchasing.

Note: A subscription can still be sold manually through the POS screen if Is Web Purchasable? is disabled. It will only appear as an online extra for members if this toggle is enabled.

Mobile Access Settings

The following settings only apply if your club uses mobile-access sites:

• Mobile Access
• Allowed Mobile Access Doors

Leave these unchanged if mobile access is not relevant to the Crèche subscription.

Save the Subscription

Once the subscription details are complete, click:

Save

The subscription will now appear in the list of active subscriptions and can be sold through the relevant POS screens.

If Is Web Purchasable? is enabled, it will also be available for members to purchase online through the app or myAccount.

Important: If a Crèche booking requires a subscription, the subscription-required toggle must also be enabled in the relevant Crèche instructor profile and within the Crèche session schedule.
